In this class we use the chair to help you gently move your body with your breath, building strength, releasing tension, and allowing you to relax deeply. If you have mobility issues, have an injury, have knee or feet issues, lack the ability to go from standing to seated to lying down positions, or haven't moved much, this class can help you. You will be given options for each of the poses to make this YOUR yoga, to fit YOUR body.
Note: A four-legged chair without wheels is required. Arm rests can get in the way and are not recommended. However, if you feel you need them, then feel free to use them.
