This is a class where we start where you are now and do gentle yoga poses, helping you to gently move your body within your range of motion with your breath, building strength, releasing tension, and allowing you to relax deeply. We will pay special attention to your hips and lower back, shoulders, wrists, and fingers. If you have injuries (like a sore back), excessive stress, sleep issues, or anxiety, you will benefit from this class. You will be given options for each of the poses to make this YOUR yoga, to fit YOUR body. Experience is not required. Flexibility is not required. You just have to be willing to shake the dust off and see what happens. Yoga will give you increased flexibility and relax you too!
