This class will be offered in fall term.

You will learn what meditation is, what it is not, and how to do it. This practice can have long-lasting benefits in our lives, but everyone is different and can feel the effects in different ways.  Some ways meditation can help us include lower our stress levels, help with our focus and concentration, help us live mindfully, in the present moment, and build self-confidence.  It could also have health benefits including reducing anxiety attacks, depression, or insomnia, and help regulate blood pressure as it increases blood flow and slows the heart rate. Come and see what it will do for you.
